The PIEXE GOLD SERVICE

1. Step 1 undertaken in the same way as is described in the link on the right "What is Facilitation". If the Step 1 results are positive Piexe will submit a fee proposal for the Piexe Gold Service if this is requested by the Client.
2. If the fee proposal is acceptable a teleconference will be arranged to discuss and agree on the Scope, Schedule and any other technical or commercial issues that might effect the Feasibility Study results.
3. Piexe will generally undertake the administration of the feasibility study including:-

   Settting up a secure web-site that can be named (www.yourprojectname.com). The web-site will only be accessible to registered users with a User Name and Password. All the project documentation will be uploaded to the Website as it is produced by Piexe and the consultants that undertake any special studies or surveys.

   The preparation of specifications for all the special studies and surveys that may be required. These will be issued to the Client so that he can appoint, supervise and pay locally based consultants who are familiar with local conditions and regulations.

   The provision of advice on the quality and adequacy of the special study and survey results.

   The preparation of the presentation material at the end of each Step.

4. Piexe will present the Step findings at the end of each Step through integrated audio and web conferencing using Microsoft Power Point etc.

The project documentation and presentation material for each Review Board is provided by Piexe Ltd and so the only thing the project sponsor has to do is commission and supervise the special studies and surveys, provide the Review Board facilities and make the Go - No Go decision at the end of each Step.

Where Technical, Commercial, Market Research, Surveys, Special Studies or any type of investigatory work "Out of country" is required Piexe can interview and appoint the consultants on behalf of the client. Piexe will then review and accept or reject the documentation provided by the consultant on behalf of the client.

All the feasibility study presentations are normally done remotely through audio - web conferencing. However the presentations can be undertaken by Will in person if that is preferred. But this is a lot more costly.

This approach has four big advantages from the clients point of view:-

1. The cost of the initial Step 1 Stage is very low and can be used by the client as a test of the working relationship between himself and Piexe.
2. The whole study process will be focussed totally impartially on maximising Value, minimising Risk and maximising the Return on Investment for the Client.
3. The Internet is used to eliminate the cost of expensive international travelling.
4. The client will enjoy the benefit of the experience of one of the most highly qualified feasibility study experts available today.

The only qualification in the provision of this service is that it must involve engineering and construction and not be IT or Commercially focussed as there are others who are more experienced in these fields.

If the Client is interested in this approach the fee for the Piexe Gold Service will be calculated during Step 1.
